| Remember,
you must specify 'PAL' on the order line for each tape you order, otherwise
we ship standard formatted tapes. Orders not specifying 'PAL' in
each order line for each tape ordered, will not be exchanged after shipment
except at TPG's discretion and then only at additional cost to you.

not keep PAL formatted tapes in inventory so please allow an extra 14 to
30 days for us to order your tapes from the manufacturer for you.
